Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a detail-oriented wholesale operations associate to manage orders, invoicing, and billing support. You will enter orders from multiple sources, handle inquiries, and ensure accuracy across systems to keep wholesale processes running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are fresh grads to 1 year-experience with strong numerical accuracy, proficient in Netsuite, Salesforce, and Google Sheets, and capable of quick, clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh Grad to 1 year experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Netsuite, Salesforce, Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Excellent Communication Skills (Oral and Written) B2 CEFR.
• Problem Solving Skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter wholesale orders, RMAs and credit memos from email and other sources.
• Handle external customer support tickets and answer internal inquiries.
• Approve and troubleshoot orders and RMAs generated through SuiteCommerce and EDI.
• Process wholesale print invoices from item fulfilments.
• Process enterprise and digital partner invoices.
• Process print vendor purchase orders and receivers.
• Ensure every invoice sent out is accurate and timely.
• Work with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing errors and discrepancies.
• Perform administrative duties, such as troubleshooting orders and reconciling shipments.
