Job summary

The role requires 1–3 years in order processing or sales support, proficiency with MS Excel, and strong communication skills to maintain excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in order processing, sales support, or administrative roles.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer sales orders into the system accurately and promptly.
• Review orders for completeness, pricing, and product availability.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor order status and update customers on progress or delays.
• Resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, and customer concerns.
• Maintain and update customer records and order documentation.
• Generate reports on order status, sales data, and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
