Job summary

Kreeayt BPO Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Wholesale Operations Specialist to support our wholesale division serving chain stores. You will manage price lists, process sales orders, and prepare invoices to ensure accurate billing and timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient with Excel and Sheets, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with warehouse and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

• Experience with price lists, order processing, and invoicing.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain customer and product price lists.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and issue invoices while ensuring billing accuracy.
• Maintain product information, pricing, and customer records.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and routing for chain store customers.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Communicate with customers, warehouse personnel, and delivery teams regarding updates.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in orders, pricing, or invoices.
• Provide administrative and operational support to improve workflow efficiency.
