Job summary

Infinit-O in Pasay City, Philippines, is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist (Order Management Specialist) to join its fast-paced team. You will manage wholesale orders, RMAs, and related documentation to ensure accurate processing.

Responsibilities include handling customer tickets, approving workflows, invoicing, and coordinating with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing discrepancies. Fresh grads welcome and prior ERP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• Must have strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Proficiency with Netsuite, Salesforce and Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to meet deadlines.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter wholesale print and digital orders, RMAs and credit memos from email and other sources.
• Handle external customer support tickets and answer internal inquiries.
• Approve and troubleshoot orders and RMAs generated through SuiteCommerce and other automated sources such as EDI.
• Process wholesale print invoices from item fulfilments.
• Process enterprise and digital partner invoices.
• Process print vendor purchase orders and receivers.
• Ensure every invoice sent out is accurate and timely.
• Work closely with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing errors and discrepancies.
• Perform administrative duties, such as troubleshooting orders, reconciling shipments and inventory control.
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure smooth wholesale operations.
