Job summary

ARBEX is seeking a Whitespace Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen distributor partnerships. You will execute trade marketing initiatives, manage KPIs, and ensure cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with at least 5 years in FMCG, including 3+ years in sales or distributor management. A flexible work model is offered.

Responsibilities

• Develop whitespace market strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage sales targets, coverage models, and distribution KPIs.
• Monitor distributor performance and compliance with standards.
• Lead trade marketing programs, channel activities, and new product launches.
• Provide monthly SKU-level sales forecasts and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Oversee distributor strategic planning and governance.
