A dynamic cooperative in Pasig seeks a Sales Manager to oversee sales and distribution activities. The ideal candidate will leverage strong analytical skills to optimize processes and lead a team efficiently. Responsibilities include planning sales activities, managing stock levels, and achieving sales targets. Previous leadership in FMCG or distribution is preferred.
Responsible for the daily and weekly planning of all sales and distribution activities, including related Marketing initiatives. This includes optimizing delivery routes, managing stock levels across multiple stores through the team of Sales Coordinators, Sales Analyst and Sales & Marketing Admin. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of data analysis to identify gaps, opportunities and reduce waste, and who can also provide hands-on coaching and leadership to their team. This role is about achieving realistic sales targets and efficient, sustainable operations.
Qualifications:
