Job summary

You will coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding tasks, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and support functions to drive a high-touch onboarding process for designated roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Onboarding, Recruitment Coordination, Talent Acquisition Operations, or related field.
• 2+ years supporting candidate onboarding and pre-employment processes.
• Experience coordinating background checks, drug screenings, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates from offer acceptance to Day 1 onboarding.
• Manage end-to-end preboarding process with milestones and timely completion.
• Coordinate background checks and drug screenings with vendors and internal teams.
• Guide candidates through pre-employment requirements and onboarding processes.
• Track Workday onboarding tasks and provide status updates.
