Job summary

IBM Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Professional to manage inbound and active candidate processing, guiding candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle from discovery to offer.

You will partner with Hiring Managers, source via multiple channels, screen resumes, and present qualified candidates, acting as a confident ambassador for IBM and its EVP, including responsiveness to US night shift requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience
• 6 months experience with a web-based ATS
• 6 months knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Willing to work in UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City
• Willing to work in US (night shift)

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and active candidate applications and screen for fit
• Manage a requisition load and partner with Hiring Managers from intake to offer
• Present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers or Talent Acquisition Partners
• Act as brand ambassador and maintain candidate engagement and updates
