Job summary

IBM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage interview scheduling, travel arrangements, offers, and onboarding. You will be the main contact for candidates and hiring managers, guiding them through the full recruiting lifecycle and ensuring timely processing with vendors and the ATS.

This role requires 2–4 years in recruiting, ATS experience, and the ability to work across shifts including US and EU time zones.

Qualifications

2–4 years of recruitment experience with sourcing expertise.
At least 6 months experience with a web-based ATS.
Willing to work in UP-Ayala Techno hub or Eastwood, Quezon City

Responsibilities

Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews
Coordinate travel arrangements as needed
Generate and send offer letters/packages
Facilitate background investigations of new hires
Monitor background vendor activity and work with vendors to complete background processing
Kick-off, perform, monitor, and complete onboarding activities
Communicate the decision of the applicant to all recruitment support groups by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notifications
Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) always updated
Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
