Job summary

IBM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage interview scheduling, travel arrangements, offers, and onboarding. You will be the main contact for candidates and hiring managers, guiding them through the full recruiting lifecycle and ensuring timely processing with vendors and the ATS.

This role requires 2–4 years in recruiting, ATS experience, and the ability to work across shifts including US and EU time zones.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience with sourcing expertise.
• At least 6 months experience with a web-based ATS.
• Willing to work in UP-Ayala Techno hub or Eastwood, Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews
• Coordinate travel arrangements as needed
• Generate and send offer letters/packages
• Facilitate background investigations of new hires
• Monitor background vendor activity and work with vendors to complete background processing
• Kick-off, perform, monitor, and complete onboarding activities
• Communicate the decision of the applicant to all recruitment support groups by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notifications
• Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) always updated
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management

The Recruitment Coordinator is an administrative role responsible for scheduling, coordinating interviews including travel, extending offers, generating offer letters, making welcome calls to all applicants prior to their scheduled start date, background variance resolution, data entry and internal/external reporting. The coordinator will work with the recruitment team members and third-party vendors to ensure that all applicants have been processed accurately and expediently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews
• Coordinate travel arrangements as needed
• Generate and send offer letters/packages
• Facilitate background investigations of new hires
• Monitor background vendor activity and work in tandem with our vendors to complete applicant background/drug processing
• Kick-off, perform, monitor, and complete onboarding activities
• Communicate the decision of the applicant to all recruitment support groups by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notifications
• Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) always updated
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

• At least 2 – 4 years of recruitment experience, with sourcing expertise in either an in–house, RPO or agency role
• At least 6 months experience with a web-based applicant tracking system
• At least 6 months knowledge of functional recruitment best practices
• Must be willing to work in UP-Ayala Techno hub or Eastwood, Quezon City
• Must be willing to work in US (night shift) and EU (mid shift)
