You will manage background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding documentation, while collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and the broader onboarding team to deliver a smooth, high-touch candidate experience.

Formación

• 1+ years in onboarding, recruitment coordination, or HR operations.
• Experience supporting candidate onboarding and background checks.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar onboarding technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates from offer acceptance until Day 1 onboarding.
• Manage the end-to-end preboarding process, ensuring milestones are completed on time.
• Coordinate background checks and drug screening activities with vendors and internal teams.
• Guide candidates through pre-employment requirements and onboarding processes.
• Track Workday onboarding tasks and provide status updates on milestones.
