Job summary

S&R Membership Shopping is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its warehouse operations. You will perform preventive maintenance on equipment and fixtures, carry out repairs, and help ensure clean, safe storage areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment and fixtures.
• Repair minor to major defects in equipment such as refrigeration, air-conditioning, forklift, gen-set, kitchen equipment, wastewater systems, etc.
• Conduct weekly fogging and ensure timely, accurate data gathering of maintenance activity forms.
• Monitor all equipment parameters to ensure proper operation.
• Minimize janitorial supplies while maximizing usage.
• Store and safeguard spare parts and tools for equipment and fixtures.
• Communicate with contractors and suppliers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floor, restrooms, dining area and removal of trash during store hours and closing time.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Conducts daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly preventive maintenance of all warehouse equipment and fixtures.

• Knowledgeable to both minor and major repairs of defective equipment such as Refrigeration System, Air-conditioning System, Forklift, GenSet, Kitchen equipment, Wastewater System, etc.

• Conducts weekly fogging and ensures that daily data gathering of maintenance activity form is timely, accurate and complete.

• Responsible for the monitoring of all equipment parameters.

• Ascertains that janitorial supplies are kept at minimum while maximizing its usage.

• Stores and safekeeps equipment and fixtures’ spare parts and tools.

• Can communicate with contractors and suppliers.

• Ensures cleanliness of warehouse floor area, comfort rooms, dining area and removal of trash during store hours and closing time.

• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree course or vocational course.

• At least one (1) year experience in related industry and responsibilities

• Willing to work full onsite
