Under the supervision of the Facilities Management Officer and Property Engineers, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of company facilities and equipment across Head Office and company centers.
The position will specialize in air-conditioning and washing machine maintenance and repair, while also performing general maintenance tasks and providing technical support to Operations when specialized repairs are not required. The technician is also expected to share technical knowledge and skills with fellow technicians.
Perform inspection, troubleshooting, basic preventive maintenance, and repair of air-conditioning units at Head Office and company centers.
Perform inspection, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of washing machines at company centers.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and operational issues and identify defective parts requiring repair or replacement.
Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs involving lighting, outlets, wiring, and other electrical fixtures.
Assist in plumbing, carpentry, flooring, wallpaper installation, and other general maintenance requirements.
Conduct routine inspections and respond promptly to maintenance concerns.
Travel between company centers to provide maintenance and technical support.
Provide technical assistance to fellow technicians in the troubleshooting and repair of air-conditioning units and washing machines.
Share technical knowledge, skills, and proper maintenance practices with fellow technicians.
Ensure prompt and satisfactory service to internal customers and company centers.
Graduate of a 2-year technical/vocational course, preferably in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (RAC), Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably with hands‑on experience in air‑conditioning and washing machine repair and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of basic electrical systems and troubleshooting.
Experience in general building and equipment maintenance.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel between company centers and perform general maintenance duties when specialized repairs are not required.
Positive working attitude, reliability, safety consciousness, and service‑oriented approach.
