Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Custodian to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work areas are clean, equipment is properly maintained, and housekeeping standards are consistently met to support safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize floors, walls, restrooms, break rooms, and other warehouse areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly, including recycling as required.
• Dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and wash floors using manual and powered equipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse equipment and shelving (e.g., forklifts, pallet racks, dock areas).
• Refill supplies such as soap, sanitizer, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Report maintenance issues such as leaks, damage, or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify supervisor when restocking is needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
• Support warehouse team in light duties such as organizing pallets, clearing debris, or helping with deliveries when required.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience, ideally in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to [30–50 lbs] and work on feet for extended periods.
