Sphere Rocket VA US seeks a Go High Level expert to design and optimize multi-channel automations, funnels, and pipelines for a US-based client portfolio. You will implement integrations with Zapier, Make, and webhooks, while ensuring deliverability and compliance.

The role requires strong English communication, familiarity with WordPress and WordPress integrations, and experience in marketing agency settings.

Formación

• GHL mastery with hands-on experience managing pipelines, automations, and funnels in a corporate or VA setting.
• Strong experience with Zapier, Make, and webhooks for integrations and automation.
• Technical proficiency with HTML/CSS, domain/DNS setup, and major integrations (Stripe/WordPress/Twilio/Mailgun/Meta ads).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Industry context in marketing agency or digital media is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Workflow & Automation Build: design, build, test, and troubleshoot multi-channel automation workflows (SMS, email, ringless voicemail, tasks).
• Funnels & Landing Pages: deploy and maintain custom landing pages, sales funnels, and membership sites within Go High Level (GHL).
• Pipeline & Database Administration: configure stages, custom fields, tags, and contact rules; perform routine cleanups and optimization.
• System Integrations: connect GHL with Zapier, Make, and webhooks; manage integrations with Stripe, WordPress, Meta Ads, Twilio, Mailgun.
• Deliverability & Compliance: manage 10DLC registration and LC-Email setup; audit logs and monitor delivery issues.
• Analytics & Reporting: build custom GHL dashboards to track lead conversion, ROI, and team performance metrics.

Required Experience & Proficiency

• Go High Level (GHL) Mastery: Proven hands‑on experience managing GHL pipelines, automations, and funnels in a corporate environment or as a Virtual Assistant (Required)
• Integration & Automation Tools: Strong practical experience with Zapier, Make, and webhooks (Strong Plus)
• Technical & Web Infrastructure: Experience with HTML/CSS, domain/DNS configuration, Stripe, WordPress, Twilio, Mailgun, and Meta Ads integrations (Strong Plus)
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication abilities
• Industry Context: Previous experience working within the marketing agency or digital media industries is a major plus
