You will manage databases, execute cold email campaigns, and create social media graphics using Canva for just listed/just sold posts, while coordinating listing materials and site promotions. Strong CRM skills and startup mindset are essential.

• Execute cold email prospecting campaigns to potential sellers, past appraisers, and past clients with personalized outreach
• Create social media content using Canva including just listed and just sold posts, publishing two posts per week
• Design property marketing flyers and promotional materials for active listings
• Coordinate marketing logistics including photo bookings, floor plan requests, and sign board orders
• File listings and prepare properties for market by following backend CRM processes
• Handle general administrative tasks including email management and documentation
• Monitor social media analytics weekly to identify what content drives engagement and adjust strategy accordingly

As our Real Estate Marketing Coordinator - Email Prospecting & Canva, you will serve as the operational backbone driving new business through targeted outreach and polished property marketing. We are seeking a proactive professional with proven expertise in email marketing, cold prospecting campaigns, and social media content creation. Proficiency in Canva is essential for designing high-impact graphics and listing materials, while familiarity with Mailchimp or similar platform platforms will ensure your success. Prior experience in real estate or property management is a major bonus, but your strategic creativity and attention to detail matter most. Client Overview:

Our client is a newly established boutique real estate agency based in Perth, Australia, specializing in residential property sales. The agency is in its growth phase with multiple active listings and is building systems to scale operations efficiently.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM AWST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:
