Staff X is seeking a Real Estate Marketing Specialist to own the full execution stack from Zoho email campaigns to paid digital and listings management, working remotely from the Philippines. You will implement campaigns, manage email lifecycles, run ads, and produce collateral, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, independent work, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure flawless execution across campaigns and listings with global client exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Marketing Automation and Zoho CRM.
• Proven social media management including content calendar, scheduling, and engagement.
• Strong copywriting, attention to detail, and GA4 reporting skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and implementing recommendations to improve visibility.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.

A real estate marketing specialist role where you own the full execution stack - from Zoho email campaigns and paid digital to listings management and creative production - working remotely from the Philippines for an established property marketing operation. If you are mid-level, hands-on, and ready to stop being a generalist and start being the person who actually gets things done, read on.

THE ROLE

This role sits at the operational centre of a real estate marketing function, responsible for executing campaigns across email, paid digital, social, listings, and creative - not advising on strategy, but delivering it. You will work directly within Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns to manage the full email lifecycle, run Meta and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, keep property listings accurate and current across portals, and produce the collateral that supports every campaign. The Marketing Manager relies on you for clean execution, consistent reporting, and zero dropped balls.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build, schedule, test, and send all recurring and ad hoc email campaigns through Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns, completing pre-send checklists and test emails for 100% of sends and managing automation workflows independently.
• Execute Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns from audience setup and creative coordination through to budget monitoring and performance optimisation.
• Create and schedule social media content across active platforms, maintaining brand consistency and a reliable publishing cadence.
• Manage property listings across real estate portals, ensuring every listing is accurate, complete, and updated in line with the client's standards - with Australian portal experience (realestate.com.au) a strong advantage.
• Produce marketing collateral using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including property brochures, digital assets, and campaign materials.
• Produce regular campaign performance reports for the Marketing Manager covering email delivery metrics, paid digital performance, and listing activity.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Marketing Automation and Zoho CRM, including email campaign execution, audience segmentation, and automated customer journeys.
• Proven social media management experience, including content calendar planning, scheduling, copywriting, and managing audience engagement through comments and messages.
• Strong copywriting, attention to detail, and GA4 reporting skills, with the ability to create engaging content and analyse digital marketing performance.
• Working knowledge of SEO, including the ability to implement recommendations from external agencies to improve website visibility and performance.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, proactively coordinate with stakeholders, and meet strict email marketing (EDM) deadlines.
