Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a skilled Meta Ads Specialist (Lead Generation) to manage and optimize Facebook/Instagram campaigns for home service clients. You will act as a strategy sounding board and partner with company founders to drive paid acquisition performance across a growing client roster.

You will set up campaigns with clear structures, run A/B tests on creatives and copy, manage budgets and bids, and analyze weekly performance to sustain high-quality lead flow. Remote, part-time role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a media buyer running Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign testing, and performance optimization.
• Experience with budget and bid management.
• High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with company founders.

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a skilled Meta Ads Specialist (Lead Generation) to manage and optimize ad accounts to consistently generate quality leads for home service clients. In this role, you will act as a strategy sounding board, liaise closely with leadership on operations, and drive paid acquisition performance across a growing client roster.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM AEST (20 work hours per week)
