BruntWork is seeking a skilled Meta Ads Specialist (Lead Generation) to manage and optimize Facebook/Instagram campaigns for home service clients. You will act as a strategy sounding board and partner with company founders to drive paid acquisition performance across a growing client roster.

You will set up campaigns with clear structures, run A/B tests on creatives and copy, manage budgets and bids, and analyze weekly performance to sustain high-quality lead flow. Remote, part-time role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a media buyer running Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign testing, and performance optimization.
• Experience with budget and bid management.
• High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with company founders.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize Meta ad accounts to consistently generate quality leads for home service clients.
• Research competitor strategies globally and pivot campaigns away from what isn't working.
• Set up and launch campaigns with a clear account and audience structure.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, hooks, and ad copy to identify top-performing ads.
• Allocate daily and lifetime budgets and adjust bidding strategies to maximize return.
• Analyze performance weekly and maintain tracking and quality assurance across accounts.
• Act as a strategy sounding board and liaise with leadership on ad operations.
