BruntWork is seeking a proactive, confident Bilingual Outbound Caller & Appointment Setter (Real Estate Leads) to support our real estate lead generation efforts. This is a remote full-time role with high-volume outbound calls to property owners, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments during Tampa, Florida business hours.

You will maintain accurate call records, follow scripts, and work to convert interest into qualified appointments.

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive and confident Bilingual Outbound Caller & Appointment Setter (Real Estate Leads) to support our real estate lead generation efforts. In this remote full-time role, you will make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective property sellers using provided contact lists. You will qualify leads, schedule appointments for qualified prospects, and maintain accurate records of call outcomes. This position offers flexible working hours during Tampa, Florida business hours and requires strong verbal fluency in both English and Spanish.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, Flexible during client business hours, 8 hours per day within Tampa, Florida Time (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to a provided list of contacts.
• Communicate professionally and confidently in both English and Spanish.
• Identify and verify the correct contacts and determine whether they may be interested in selling their property.
• Qualify potential leads based on the client's criteria.
• Set appointments with interested or qualified prospects.
• Identify and flag incorrect, disconnected, or inactive phone numbers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments.
• Follow established calling scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience in cold calling and appointment setting is required.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling different responses from prospects.
• Confident, persistent, and professional when speaking with potential leads.
• Strong listening, lead qualification, and follow-up skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate call records.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment.

Qualifications
