Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking a Real Estate Appointment Scheduling Assistant to manage inbound and outbound calls with rental leads. You will understand client housing needs, recommend suitable properties, and schedule tours while maintaining organized lead data.

The role requires strong English communication, the ability to upsell when appropriate, and excellent time-management. This is a remote, 4-hours-per-day position with flexible EST hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
• Confident in recommending properties and upselling when appropriate.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good judgment, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with appointment scheduling/listing platforms.
• Real estate experience is a strong advantage.
