Cedo Wellness is looking for a Studio Manager to oversee day-to-day studio operations and deliver a personalized client experience in a welcoming, wellness-focused environment. You will safeguard brand standards, support retention, and mentor the onsite team while ensuring operational excellence.

In this role you will manage schedules, memberships, inventory, and guest relations, coordinating service quality and continuous improvement to support studio growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and oversee the onsite studio team and ensure coverage and performance.
• Coordinate daily team activities, schedules, and workflow for smooth operations.
• Set clear expectations and accountability for attendance, punctuality, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the studio to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, presentation, and health and safety across the studio.
• Ensure studio policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.
• Manage studio schedules, class capacity, bookings, cancellations, waitlists, and daily attendance.
• Maintain accurate client records, memberships, attendance, and other studio documentation.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock monitoring, ordering, receiving, organization, and replenishment of studio supplies and retail products.
• Monitor studio equipment and facilities, identify maintenance needs, and coordinate timely resolution of issues.
• Serve as the first point of contact and create a warm, personalized welcome for every client and guest.
• Build genuine relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally.
