Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is hiring a Wellness Store Advisor to ensure every customer interaction results in a very positive experience that translates to sales, loyalty and growth in the customer base. You will perform sales, merchandising, inventory control, cashiering and other operational tasks.

Reporting to the Store Supervisor/Store Manager, you will learn products through materials and trainings, maintain a premium store appearance, follow health and safety protocols, and support customers

Responsibilities

• A. Customer Focus
• 2.1 Work towards meeting and exceeding customers' expectations; seeks guidance and assistance from seniors whenever needed.
• 2.2 Understand a customer's health condition, lifestyle, habits and requirements; ensure that the customer's health remains the focus when answering queries and/or providing product information and benefits.
• 2.3 Treat all customers with respect and handle complaints with professionalism.
• 2.4 Document and forward product feedback and service experience to Store Exec.
• 2.5 Assist customers in navigating the Online Shop
• 2.6 Achieve monthly sales targets through telesales, upselling and cross-selling.
• 2.7 Use sales strategies and marketing efforts.
• 2.8 Ensure product inquiries are handled effectively.
• 2.9 Process sales transactions observing cashiering and POS standards.
• 2.10 Encourage customers to sign up for membership program.
• C. Product Knowledge
• 2.11 Learn products via store materials, Telegram, and self-study.
• 2.12 Attend product training sessions and examinations.
• 2.13 Share knowledge with co-employees.
• 2.14 Provide basic information about product categories.
• 2.15 Provide product expertise in at least one category.
• D. Inventory Management and Control
• 2.16 Ensure shelves are stocked and merch standards followed; update shelf-tags
• 2.17 Check expiry and report damages
• 2.18 Pull nearly expiring items
• 2.19 Participate in inventory count
• 2.20 Document inventory variances for action
• 2.21 Receive and check stock deliveries
• 2.22 Coordinate with other stores on product requests
• E. Standard Operating Procedures
• 2.23 Observe health and safety protocols
• 2.24 Keep areas clean and maintain premium store appearance
• 2.25 Be vigilant about shoplifters and report irregularities
