Job summary

GoRocky Pte. Ltd. is seeking a strategic Head of Weight Loss category to lead one of our fastest-growing lines in a clinical, consumer-health context.

You will own the category P&L, optimize pricing, bundles, and packaging, and drive retention and lifetime value while ensuring compliance and doctor-determined treatment. You will partner across Marketing, Product, and Operations to accelerate profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Commercial and analytical background with prior ownership of a P&L, category, or business unit.
• Fluent in CAC, LTV, contribution margin, retention, and payback period.
• Experience with subscription or recurring-revenue models.
• Comfortable working across Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Healthcare, DTC, consumer health, or regulated-industry experience preferred.
• Direct, organised, and comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
• Fluent with AI tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Own the category P&L: revenue, COGS, marketing spend, pricing, package mix, and contribution margin.
• Own the patient journey from consultation to renewal, reducing drop-off in the first months.
• Improve the offering: products, protocols, bundles, pricing, and packaging in coordination with Medical, Product, and Brand.
• Partner with Marketing on acquisition targets and spend, judged on CAC and payback.
• Manage the Weight Loss Sales Lead and Ops/B2B Associate, and through them the sales and support team.
• Turn commercial priorities into clear initiatives with owners and outcomes across Tech, Patient Care, Operations, Finance, and Clinical teams.
• Keep all category messaging accurate and compliant. Treatment is doctor-determined.
• Report category performance, risks, and recommended actions to leadership.
