Job summary

GoRocky Pte. Ltd. in Manila is hiring a Head of Marketing to turn marketing into a revenue driver for GoRocky and Kindred. You will own both organic and paid channels, define content and brand strategies, and partner with category leads to hit sales targets.

Lead a marketing team, measure CAC, LTV, and CM, and ensure campaigns are compliant, credible, and conversion-focused. A fast-moving, founder-led environment awaits with close ties to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing leadership with ownership of organic and paid channels.
• Proven track record measured by revenue/CM contribution using CAC, LTV, ROAS.
• Experience managing influencer, affiliate, PR, and events programs with ROI discipline.
• Experience building and leading a marketing team across multiple disciplines.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving founder-led environment with direct exposure to leadership.
• Healthcare, DTC, subscription, or regulated-industry experience a strong plus.
• Fluency with AI tools for marketing execution.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO strategy and execution across GoRocky and Kindred with targets for traffic and conversions.
• Own organic social strategy across channels to drive consideration and conversion.
• Direct content strategy with brand and clinical teams to stay compliant and conversion-focused.
• Own paid media strategy across search, social, display with CM targets.
• Lead influencer and affiliate strategy with ROI accountability; manage PR and events with ROI frameworks.
• Directly manage marketing team and set revenue-linked KPIs; drive AI-enabled efficiency.
