Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking experienced Online Assistants to join our Travel Account team to assist customers with travel bookings, changes, and inquiries.

You will manage bookings using GDS tools, provide email/chat/ticketing support, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding service standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of GDS experience, strong English communication, and a detail-oriented problem solver who can work onsite on a fixed weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar).
• High school graduate or college level or graduate.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work onsite on a fixed weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer travel-related requests including bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes using GDS tools.
• Provide professional and accurate assistance via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with service standards.
• Accurately update booking details and maintain proper documentation.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while adhering to travel policies and procedures.
