Recruitify_HR is seeking experienced Online Assistants to join our Travel Account team. You will help customers with travel bookings, changes, and inquiries, working onsite on a fixed weekday schedule.

Responsibilities include managing bookings with Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo, providing email/chat support, and ensuring documentation is up to date while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal English.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering travel-related assistance and handling inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with travel bookings, changes, and inquiries.
• Handle bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes using GDS tools.
• Provide professional assistance via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
• Update booking details accurately and maintain documentation.
• Resolve customer concerns while following travel policies.
