Notified, the Notified office in Makati, Philippines, seeks a Webcast Manager to coordinate end-to-end webcast and virtual events. You’ll serve as the main liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners, guiding requirements, configurations, and delivery quality.

You will support live and on-demand events, troubleshoot issues, and help optimize workflows. A Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field and a year of event production experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, media production, IT, marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ year of experience in webcasting, virtual events, live streaming, or related production environment.
• Experience coordinating and delivering live, client-facing events under deadlines.
• Knowledge of webcast, streaming, conferencing concepts and technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in live production environments.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage webcast and virtual events from planning through post-event completion.
• Act as primary client contact, guiding event requirements and production best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to define timelines and responsibilities.
• Configure and test webcast platforms and prepare event content (presentations, audio/video).
• Support live, recorded, and on-demand events and perform quality checks.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Manage multiple events and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Participate in post-event reviews and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve event workflows and service quality.
