Notified, located in Makati, is seeking a Supervisor, Event Services to lead a team delivering investor relations webcasts, conference calls, and other corporate events. You will balance client and team priorities, oversee planning, execution, and follow-up, and escalate issues as needed.

You will coach team members, set performance goals, and ensure service quality across a high-volume, time-sensitive environment with close client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Five+ years of relevant professional experience in webcasting, conferencing, virtual events, live production, event operations, or a related environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team responsible for coordinating investor relations webcasts and conference calls.
• Provide coaching and ongoing development support to team members.
• Set and track individual performance goals and development plans.
• Ensure daily event volume is properly assigned, covered, and executed.
• Balance client, event, and team priorities while maintaining service quality.
• Conduct quality-control checks to meet client specs and internal standards.
• Serve as escalation point for client concerns and operational issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and coordinate resources.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Stay current on webcast and virtual-event technologies and industry trends.
• Manage a portfolio of clients from planning to post-event follow-up.
