Job summary

Notified seeks an Associate Webcast Producer to support planning and production of live webcast events. You will deliver technical and customer support, coordinating with Webcast Managers to ensure a seamless experience for clients, speakers, and stakeholders.

The role requires adaptability to flexible hours and a strong passion for digital events, technology, and client service, with career growth in webcast production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Film, Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of webcasting, video production or related content production.
• 1 year of project coordination experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point-of-contact for live production of webcasts, recordings and live training.
• Learn and stay current with the live webcasting aspects of all Notified streaming products.
• Understand workflows related to Notified platforms and webcasting types.
• Apply workflows for client sessions and fulfill requests with Webcast Managers.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and escalate when needed.
• Provide high-level customer support during live webcast sessions.
• Process webcast media to client specifications after events.
• Provide feedback on ongoing and completed events and assist with configurations.
