Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Web Engineer to build, maintain, and enhance web-based banking solutions in an agile environment. You’ll contribute to reliable, accessible digital experiences and align with engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and REST APIs.
• Experience with modern web frameworks such as Lit, React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of modern front-end architecture and Micro Frontend concepts.
• Experience with Web Components, Open-WC, Rollup, and Storybook.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive web development practices.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, Karma, Cypress, Web Test Runner, and Postman.
• Experience using Git and complex branching workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environments.
