Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer (Microsoft Azure) to maintain and enhance Azure-hosted services across ING's global technology stack. You’ll work with application teams, platform stakeholders, and service owners to resolve incidents, optimize cloud environments, and drive operational excellence.

The role involves on-call rotation for critical incidents, health checks, performance reviews, and documenting solutions for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Experience in cloud operations, Azure engineering, application support, or infrastructure support.
• Strong understanding of incident management, production support, and cloud operations.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure-related incidents and production issues.
• Support the adoption of new Azure services and cloud-native capabilities.
• Perform health checks, monitoring, log analysis, and performance reviews using Azure-native tools.

• Conduct technical and architecture reviews and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
