AXA Philippines is seeking a Wealth Protection Specialist (Financial Advisor) to help individuals, families, and businesses safeguard assets through tailored insurance and wealth solutions. The role blends client visits at branches with remote digital consultations.

You'll conduct financial needs analyses, propose AXA protection and investment options, grow the business, and maintain compliant practices while pursuing licensing with IC and AXA Academy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
• Sales, banking, customer service, or account management experience is an advantage, though career shifters and fresh graduates are welcome.
• Core competencies include consultative selling, financial literacy, risk management, and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to determine clients' assets, risk tolerance, and long-term targets.
• Recommend AXA protection, savings, and estate planning solutions.
• Prospect clients through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and community outreach; meet branch KPIs.
• Build long-term client relationships with portfolio reviews and life-stage updates.
• Assist with policy applications, renewals, and claims navigation; ensure licensing compliance.
