AXA Philippines is seeking a Wealth Protection Specialist (Financial Advisor) to help individuals, families, and businesses safeguard assets and manage risks through tailored insurance and wealth solutions.

The role combines client visits to branches with remote digital consultations in a hybrid setup, focusing on protection, savings, and estate planning. Commission-based earnings include production bonuses, allowances, and travel incentives, with opportunities for leadership paths.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or open to all backgrounds with relevant interest.
• Experience: Sales, banking, customer service or account management advantageous; career shifters and fresh graduates welcome.
• Core competencies: consultative selling, listening, financial literacy, risk management, problem-solving, integrity and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Perform Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) and assess clients' assets and risk tolerance.
• Recommend AXA solutions across protection, savings, and estate planning.
• Prospect clients via networking, referrals, digital marketing, and community outreach; aim to meet branch KPIs.
• Manage client relationships through regular reviews, policy changes, renewals, and claims assistance.
• Complete licensing requirements (Insurance Commission) and comply with AXA Academy training and regulations.
