AXA Philippines is seeking a Wealth Protection Specialist (Financial Advisor) to help individuals, families, and businesses safeguard assets with tailored insurance and wealth solutions.

The ideal candidate will assess needs, recommend AXA protection products, prospect clients, and manage relationships with emphasis on compliance and growth. This role offers a hybrid work setup with commission-based earnings and travel incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
• Open to all backgrounds with relevant interest.

Responsibilities

• Perform Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to determine clients’ assets, risk tolerance, and long-term targets.
• Evaluate exposure to major risks—such as critical illness, disability, premature death, or property loss—and structure protection strategies.
• Prepare personalized financial proposals and present options clearly to clients.
• Prospect potential clients through active networking, client referrals, digital marketing, and community outreach.
• Assist clients with policy applications, policy changes, renewals, and claims navigation.
