AXA Philippines is seeking a Wealth Protection Specialist (Financial Advisor) to help clients protect assets and build long-term security through tailored insurance and wealth solutions. The role blends client visits, branch office work, and remote consultations, with compensation based on commissions, bonuses, and travel incentives.

The ideal candidate will conduct needs analyses, propose AXA products across health, life, wealth, and estate planning, and drive growth while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in sales, banking, customer service, or account management is an advantage; career shifters and fresh graduates welcome.
• Core competencies include consultative selling, active listening, financial literacy, risk management, strategic problem-solving, integrity, empathy, and ethical client advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to assess assets, risk tolerance, and targets.
• Recommend AXA protection and wealth solutions across health, life, savings, and wealth transfer.
• Prospect potential clients via networking, referrals, digital marketing and community outreach.
• Maintain long-term client relationships with periodic portfolio reviews and updates.
• Support compliance and licensing through IC exams and AXA Academy training.
