AXA Philippines is seeking a Wealth Protection Specialist (Financial Advisor) to help individuals and businesses protect assets and plan for long-term security through tailored insurance and wealth solutions.

The role combines client needs analysis, product recommendations across health, life, wealth, and estate planning, with hybrid work setups including client visits, branch office, and remote consultations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with interest in finance or business.
• Sales, banking, or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but newcomers welcome.
• Strong communication and client advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to assess clients’ assets and risks.
• Recommend AXA protection, savings, and wealth solutions with clear proposals.
• Prospect clients via networking, referrals, and digital outreach to grow business.
• Manage client relationships, portfolio reviews, and policy servicing.
• Fulfill licensing and compliance requirements through AXA Academy.
