Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking a Wealth Protection Specialist (Financial Advisor) to help clients safeguard assets through tailored protection and wealth solutions. The role combines hybrid client visits, branch office meetings, and remote digital consultations.

You will assess needs, propose AXA products, grow the business, service clients, and maintain licensing and compliance. Commission-based with bonuses and travel incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus interest in finance and insurance.
• Strong consultative selling and client assessment skills.
• Ability to explain complex protection options clearly.
• Established ethics and client advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to assess client risk and assets.
• Recommend AXA protection and wealth solutions and present proposals.
• Prospect clients via networking, referrals, and digital channels.
• Support clients with policy applications, changes, renewals, and claims.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and AXA Academy training.
