Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Sales or client-facing experience is preferred; career shifters welcome.
• Licensing: Insurance exams (IC) for Traditional/Variable Life.
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to assess client risk and goals.
• Recommend AXA protection and wealth products with clear proposals.
• Prospect clients through networking and community outreach.
• Provide ongoing service, portfolio reviews, and claims assistance.
• Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and data privacy standards.
