Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking a Wealth Protection Specialist (Financial Advisor) to help individuals and businesses safeguard assets and manage risks through tailored insurance and wealth solutions.

The role focuses on risk management, income protection, health coverage, and estate planning. It offers a hybrid setup with client visits, branch work, and remote consultations; compensation is commission-based with bonuses and travel incentives, plus AXA Academy training and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience: Sales, banking, customer service, or account management experience is a distinct advantage; career shifters and fresh graduates welcome.
• Core competencies: consultative selling, financial literacy, risk management, analytical mindset, integrity and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to determine clients' assets, risk tolerance, and long-term targets.
• Evaluate exposure to major risks and structure protection strategies across AXA solutions.
• Recommend AXA Health, Life, Savings, and Estate products and prepare personalized proposals.
• Meet or exceed branch production targets and KPIs through prospecting and referrals.
• Maintain client relationships with portfolio reviews, policy changes, renewals, and claims navigation.
• Pass Insurance Commission (IC) exams for Traditional Life and Variable Life licenses; complete AXA Academy trainings.
