Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking a Wealth Protection Specialist (Financial Advisor) to help individuals, families, and businesses safeguard assets and manage risks through tailored insurance and wealth solutions. The role blends client visits with remote digital consultations in a hybrid setup, focusing on risk management, income protection, health coverage, asset preservation, and estate planning.

Compensation is commission-based with performance bonuses, monthly allowances, and travel incentives;

Responsibilities

• Conduct Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to assess clients’ assets, risk tolerance, and goals.
• Recommend AXA protection and wealth solutions, and prepare personalized proposals.
• Prospect clients through networking, referrals, and digital outreach to hit KPIs.
• Manage client relationships with portfolio reviews, renewals, and claims support.
• Complete IC licensing and AXA Academy training to ensure compliance.
