Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Economics, or a related discipline preferred (open to all degree backgrounds with relevant interest).
• Experience: Sales, banking, customer service, or account management experience is a distinct advantage, though career shifters and fresh graduates are welcome.
• Core competencies: consultative selling, active listening, financial literacy, risk management, analytical mindset, integrity, empathy.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to determine clients' assets, risk tolerance, and long-term targets.
• Evaluate exposure to risks and structure protection strategies (illness, disability, death, property loss).
• Recommend AXA solutions across health, life, savings, and estate planning categories.
• Prepare personalized financial proposals and present options clearly to clients.
• Assist clients with policy applications, changes, renewals, and claims navigation.
