AXA Philippines is seeking a Wealth Protection Specialist (Financial Advisor) to help clients safeguard assets, manage risks, and build long-term security through tailored insurance and wealth solutions. The role blends client visits at branches with remote digital consultations in a hybrid setup.

The position emphasizes risk management, income protection, health coverage, and estate planning, with a commission-based structure, production allowances, and travel incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience using Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) to assess client assets, risk tolerance, and goals.
• Knowledge of Health & Critical Illness, Life & Income Protection, Savings/Wealth products, and Estate planning.
• Proven track record in prospecting and building a client base; strong networking skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships, renewals, and service quality.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical selling practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Financial Needs Analyses to determine client needs and risk tolerance.
• Recommend AXA solutions across protection, savings, and wealth products.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and digital channels, meeting KPIs.
• Service clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims navigation.
• Maintain compliance with Insurance regulations and AXA Academy training.
