AXA Philippines invites a Wealth Protection Specialist (Financial Advisor) to help individuals, families, and businesses safeguard assets with tailored insurance and wealth solutions. The role combines client visits at branches with remote digital consultations, focusing on risk management, income protection, health coverage, asset preservation, and estate planning.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Economics, or related discipline preferred (open to all degree backgrounds with relevant interest).
• Experience: Sales, banking, customer service, or account management experience is an advantage; career shifters and fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to determine clients' assets, risk tolerance, and long-term targets.
• Evaluate risks (illness, disability, death, property loss) and structure protection strategies.
• Recommend AXA solutions across Health, Life, Savings, and Estate planning categories and present proposals.
