AXA Philippines is recruiting a Wealth Protection Specialist (Financial Advisor) to help individuals and businesses safeguard assets and manage risks through tailored insurance and wealth solutions. The role blends in-person client visits at branch offices with remote digital consultations.

The position emphasizes risk management, income protection, health coverage, estate planning, and proactive prospecting to meet or exceed branch KPIs, with a commission-based structure and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Economics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to assess clients’ assets, risk tolerance and long-term goals.
• Recommend AXA protection and wealth solutions across health, life, savings, and wealth transfer.
• Prospect clients through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and community outreach.
• Build long-term relationships with portfolio reviews and client servicing including renewals and claims support.
• Maintain compliance with Insurance Commission licensing and AXA Academy trainings.
