Job summary

Manulife John Hancock is seeking a Wealth Operations Analyst in the Philippines. The role supports the Global Asset and Wealth Solutions team by handling transactions across functions for internal or external clients, with opportunities to apply independent judgment based on guidelines.

You will work in a hybrid setup, coordinating with Center, Advisory Support, and vendors to ensure timely processing and accurate records while developing knowledge of wealth products and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2–3 years relevant experience in Investment/Wealth, Securities or similar; BPO/Shared Service experience is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook and Teams.
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Client-centric exposure.
• Analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to Investment and Wealth Products.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with Business Units.
• Time management skills with flexibility to changing work demands.

Responsibilities

• Process routine and standard transactions.
• Maintain accurate records to interact with distribution channels and clients.
• Partner with Contact Centre, Advisory Support Managers, and Vendor for escalated resolution.
• Communicate with internal/external partners to ensure timely processing.
• Assist with documentation of internal/external processes.
• Identify and solve basic to semi-complex problems using guidelines.
• Escalate complex cases when needed.
• Prioritize work to accommodate fluctuations or unplanned tasks.
• Understand implications of action/inaction and make appropriate decisions on semi-complex issues.
