Job summary

Empower LLC in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Director for Personal Wealth and Specialized Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across Wealth Management, Asset Retention, Supervision, Middle Office, Brokerage, and Stock Plan Services.

You will work with U.S.-based stakeholders to align strategy, drive cross-functional improvements, and ensure compliant, high-quality customer experiences across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations within corporate timelines.
• Experience in wealth management or financial services operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Personal Wealth and Specialized Operations.
• Lead Senior Managers across Wealth Management, Asset Retention, Supervision, Middle Office, Brokerage, and Stock Plan Services.
• Translate business strategy into operating plans and set performance expectations.
• Drive cross-functional improvements and regulatory compliance across US-Philippines operations.
• Develop leadership and succession planning; manage performance and risk.
