Aufgaben

• Perform daily operational support across Trade Matching, Settlements, Post-Settlement activities, and Cash Management.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve trade and cash-related inquiries from Portfolio Managers, Traders, Brokers, Custodians, and internal teams.
• Monitor and manage settlement, operational, and reputational risks to minimize impact.
• Provide coverage across multiple functions and assist with workload balancing during constraints.
• Ensure accurate processing in line with procedures, controls, and SLAs.
• Escalate critical issues and control breaches to SMEs, Team Leaders, or Management promptly.
• Support root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in cross-skilling and knowledge-sharing to boost team resiliency.
• Assist in creating and updating operating procedures and process documentation.
• Build relationships with Front Office, Onshore/Offshore teams, Brokers, and Custodians.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains.
• Support operational projects, testing, and implementation initiatives.
