Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock in Quezon City seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for FP&A Wealth, delivering accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data, reports, and forecasts to Global Wealth and Asset Management stakeholders. You will collaborate with North America teams and MBPS FP&A to ensure timely insights and robust planning processes.

Requirements include a university degree in Accounting/Finance, a CPA preferred, 4+ years in finance, and strong Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Anaplan

Qualifications

• University graduate in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in a finance role; Wealth/Asset Management experience is a plus
• Experience automating processes is a plus
• Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
• Power BI, Power Apps and Anaplan knowledge are advantageous
• Knowledge of IFRS tools (SmartView-Essbase, Lawson) is favourable
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with business partners

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, analyze, and synthesize financial information from diverse stakeholders
• Prepare high-quality monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards and presentations for GWAM FP&A stakeholders
• Develop Monthly/Quarterly Management Decks and various Canada Wealth reports; support planning and forecasting
• Maintain report templates, highlight issues, and drive resolution
• Improve reporting processes for month-end and quarter-end cycles
• Support annual consolidated planning with trend analysis and scenario modeling
• Collaborate with North America Wealth and MBPS FP&A teams to ensure smooth reporting
• Train new team members and perform quality checks when needed
