Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation, including John Hancock, is seeking a Finance FP&A professional in Manila to produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data, reports, and forecasts for stakeholders across Global Wealth and Asset Management.

You will consolidate information, prepare management decks, and support planning processes while improving reporting efficiency and partnering with North America stakeholders for timely insights.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
• At least 4 years in a finance role; Wealth/Asset mgmt experience an asset.
• Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; good communication and presentation skills.
• Power BI knowledge; Power Apps and Anaplan knowledge an advantage.
• Strong technical accounting skills with solid understanding of financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, analyze, and synthesize large sets of financial data from multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, dashboards, and presentations for GWAM FP&A stakeholders.
• Support annual consolidated planning and ad hoc analysis; develop templates and bridges.
• Improve reporting processes for month-end/quarter-end cycles; ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with NA Wealth unit and MBPS FP&A to ensure smooth reporting and planning.
